Just felt I should drop you a note to say thank you to you and the team at CTS Renewables for the great job you did on my solar system install up against the sudden early cessation of the favourable FIT tariff and all the problems that brought with stock and equipment etc.

Your communications were excellent throughout as well as your commitment to get the customer what was ordered in unusual circumstances. You did everything you said you would do to the standards you said it would be done, and all your staff were courteous and hardworking throughout.

I am certainly pleased I chose you / your team and would have no hesitation in recommending you to others - I do ususally find it difficult having people working on my property - but CTS Renewables have really impressed me.

I know its a bit sad, but I was really surprised & impressed with the black Hilti hardware used to secure the black framed panels which really was unexpected icing on the cake, I am aiming to get out more once the FIT cheques start coming in !!

I have already heard that people have been let down by other suppliers who just gave up with the government FIT date change so as I said I am sure I made the right choice.

Please pass on my thanks to the fitters and electricians & scaffolders as my wife said everyone was really great - polite, and helpful / informative as to what was going on.

I will forward a good picture of the installation when we get a decent day.

Dear CTS Renewables ,

Just reporting on today;s install at my property. I had the cable you sent over installed into the garage and loft ready for the installation. This significantly reduced the installation time. In fact the electrician thought his birthday and Christmas had all come at once.

Your team arrived at 09:31 and were done by 2:00pm. The conditions were bad on the roof with the wind gusting over 30mph. never the less the work progressed at a rapid pace, I was pleased with your team who are a credit to your company, they were helpful and went out of their way to fully explain d`a prHvi;n5f all the switches, the Inverter in the loft, and the paperwork. I went up onto the roof myself, and was given a full explanation of how everything was installed. I couple of the roof tiles were broken during the installation, which I expected would happen, however, I had my roofer leave some spares which your team installed to replace those that got broken.

Dear CTS Renewables ,

Just a brief email to say thanks to you and all your guys for fitting the Sanyo panels last week. They all worked extremely hard and the workmanship was neat and tidy. Andy and Jake were brilliant when finishing off the electrics and commissioning the whole system including the new fuse board and VPhase unit the day after the panel installation.

It will be interesting to compare the performance of my neighbours indeterminate panels and Sunny Boy 4000TL versus my Sanyo’s and Fronius IG40!!

Good luck with the installation program up to the 12th December and under the circumstances thanks again for getting me those Sanyo’s.

I would like to thank all the team at CTS Renewables for doing a great job on the installation of a photovoltaic system at my house in Worksop.

After doing a lot of research on the internet and getting quotes in from a few companies, I chose CTS Renewables because they were honest, open and didn't try to baffle me with the science. In the end I chose to have Sharp Solar Panels with a SMA Sunny Boy Inverter as it offered me the best balence of "quick return on investment" to "quality and credibility of manufacturer".

The installation team were polite, efficient and very tidy, with all work completed in just a couple of days. For the first time ever, I am actually looking forward to getting my electricity bill to see what I have saved, let alone the feed in tariff payments!

A First class instalation from CTS Solar, after spending quite some time looking into photovoltaic system as a possible way to generate some money on a long term investment and also free electricity during the day to help out with the running cost of my new hot tub, Paul West from CTS Solar had all the answers and l was very impressed with the level of help l received from them.

I had my system installed in January in what was possible the worst winter for many years, with this in mind the install was not delayed and was carried out with complete professinalism. I am very happy with my choIice of BP Solar Panels and Schuco inverter and to date the system is generating nicely and l am seeing a heathy return on my investment. from start to finish CTS Solar have been fantastic.

I have to say that when I first heard about the supposed benefits of solar panels I was somewhat sceptical to say the least.

The CTS representative was very professional and explained clearly the terms of the Feed In Tariff and how the installation would be undertaken. Setting aside the ecological considerations the financial benefits did seem to be too good to be true but in this case they really are extremely beneficial. The decision to go ahead was in the end a no brainer and try as I might I could not fault CTS in any respect. The work was carried out promptly and to a very high standard.

I would certainly recommend CTS to anyone who was interested in having solar panels.

I spoke to your project manager this morning and challenged him to guess how many units our new pv system had clocked up between sunrise and 08.45 - he fell way short of the mark! I have to say I am absolutely delighted with the panels and I'm amazed at how much electricity they are generating. I am now on a mission! I want the whole of Ravenshead to go solar! For both environmental and financial reasons.

I should add that we were extremely pleased with the project manager and the team who installed the system. They were very efficient, courteous and tidy - a credit to your company.

Plenty of detailed information on quotes prior to placing order including such things as graphic layout of your chosen panels on your roof. Thank You very much for the excellent service from you and all of your team, the fitters were good consciences workers, polite and considerate. The men you sent to point the ridge tiles were also polite and efficient. Thank you for arranging to have that sorted for you.

Paul the electrician was also very knowledgeable and efficient, he left the kitchen unit exactly how he found it and gave us advice on our alarm system.

When it came to handover I was really impressed with the research Andrew and the team had done on the Feed in Tariff and suppliers (I didn't appreciate that he would be bringing along the half completed form and had researched it myself). Andrew was meticulous with his help with the form and checked and double checked that we hadn't missed anything. He also made sure we knew all that was in the pack and made sure that we understood what it was all for. I appreciate that you have to meet a lot of criteria and this part of the installation is crucial.
