To all at CTS Renewables,
Our best Generation Day so far was Saturday when we got 20Kw for
the 24 hour period - occasionally peaking at 3.1kw around midday. I was
impressed!
I'd just like to thank you and all the Team for their
Stirling Efforts to get us up and Running. Yes the weather last Wednesday was
grim so Ben and the lads had a tough job but made a big impression.
Ben was very quick and responsive when I called him on Thursday
night about the meter problem. Without doubt this was my lowest point in
the project and yet Ben (even though he was tired after having yet another
hard day installing) quickly helped and reassured me and got things moving to
resolve the matter.
Then, Andy phoned me first thing Friday and came over ASAP. Mary
was impressed by his thorough manner and she was able to clarify not just our
system but how PV Solar works in more detail which was very useful. It was good
for us to learn a bit more about your company and its history.
We both believe we made the right choice in doing business with
you and would use your services again.
