Paul the electrician was also very knowledgeable and efficient, he left the kitchen unit exactly how he found it and gave us advice on our alarm system.
When it came to handover I was really impressed with the research Andrew and the team had done on the Feed in Tariff and suppliers (I didn't appreciate that he would be bringing along the half completed form and had researched it myself). Andrew was meticulous with his help with the form and checked and double checked that we hadn't missed anything. He also made sure we knew all that was in the pack and made sure that we understood what it was all for. I appreciate that you have to meet a lot of criteria and this part of the installation is crucial.
