I was recommended CTS Renewables and the whole process from initial contact to paying the bill has been a real pleasure. You helped me choose the parts, explained how it all worked and made me feel completely at ease with buying something that is a bit different to a normal purchase!

From start to finish CTS Renewables ( Matthew, Shelley and the crew ) have done an outstanding job.

We had a Tesla battery with solaredge system fitted to an existing PV system. We were given three choices, all with detailed quotes and no pressure sales. Matthew has done an excellent job in explaining the ins and outs of the system. 

They are a company who are passionate about what they sell and I can’t recommend them highly enough. My only regret is that we did not have them fit our previously installed solar panels.

The cheapest installation with the best quality components, sunny boy invert er, black panels. They knew to put the invert er in the garage (not in the loft where heat limits its life and efficiency) and made a neat job of the wiring. The return of £850 in the first year is way beyond what i expected. Great communication from Shelley back at base too.

Even the FIT paperwork went smoothly.

A total surprise what I thought was going o be a pain was no hassle at all, thoroughly recommend CTS Renewables products and service.

Please see the attached paperwork, including permit, for CTS Renewables’ visit to Castleford on Tuesday 19th July 2016 to carry out servicing to the solar panel units situated on the roof.

Hi Matthew and Shelley,

First off, thanks for helping us to get our array installed so smoothly. They are working entirely as expected (for the time of year) and we have had confirmation that all of the paperwork was received by SSE, completed as it should have been and registered on the 24th December, meaning we managed to get the higher tariff.

We now have had the internet installed on site and I have managed to get the inverter connected to this. Looking at the SolarEdge monitoring site, the panels are set up as a single string, without a physical layout - is it possible to get this modified so that it reflects the panels actual layout?

Hello Shelley.

Please pass on my thanks to your installation team who did a fantastic lob under somewhat hard conditions. I realise that they were held up with the delivery of brackets etc but they stuck at it until nearly 5.00pm in the dark. GREAT JOB GUYS !!!!

I have registered with SolarEdge and can now review the systems performance on line. Amazing technology.
