I just wanted to say that we were very impressed by the whole process from quotation through to the 3 man installation team. They worked hard and produced a neat job and cleared up all the mess to leave a site that was spotless. Even though there was an issue with the feed cable from the house, the engineers returned a few days later and sorted everything out. The system was up and running and apart from the poor weather appears to be running fine.

7kW Air Source Heat Pump Installation using an Eko Warrior KS70-DC Split system, installed in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

To all at CTS Renewables,

I had a Solar Photovoltaic system installed by CTS Renewables in July this year, I was so please pleased with the Solar PV system, I have followed this by having an Air Source Heat Pump system installed. As I am aware that the electricity generated by the Solar PV system will balance the cost of running the Heat Pump. I am delighted with the Heat Pump it works perfectly, with gas and electricity prices rising I feel I am one step ahead of the game especially during these winter months.

I would like to pick up on the professionalism of the engineers, I cannot fault them; they answered any questions I had, they talked me through the display unit and the standard of work is exceptional.

I am looking forward to the Renewable Heat Incentive payment scheme to establish in 2013, which will offset the cost of the installation.

Dear CTS Renewables,

I have deliberately waited for the inaugrual year of operation to complete before sending this.

After 1 year and 1 week the system has generated 3774Kw/h.
The FIT payment was increased in March in line with inflation and now exceeds 45p.
In June we suffered the most severe hailstone storm in living memory, powerful enough to 'write-off' cars, and the panels survived perfectly.
Finally if we are to believe that this summer has been the second wettest for the last 100 years then the performance is even better.

The only point worth noting is that the Fronius inverter had a threshold level incorrectly set at the factory causing it to shut down and restart, soon sorted by Fronius.

To all the team at CTS Renewables I would like to thank you for my immerSUN unit.

I had the immerSUN unit installed just over a week ago and I am very impressed. I have not had to put on my boiler since I have had the immerSUN device installed and constantly had hot water. It had heated the tank from the previous evenings use by 10.30am, I believe this device will save me putting my boiler on through the sunnier months saving me money on my gas bill.

You can track its output via the LCD monitor, and it quickly reacts to the change of load in the house.

The LCD display show you today’s Kwh and total Kwh of the energy saved that would of gone back to the grid.

The installation was quick and easy. The engineers talked me through any questions I had, they carried out their work very efficiently and proactively. I am more than pleased with CTS Renewables and recommending them to all my friends and family.

Now that the dust has settled on your Team’s expeditions to West Wales I am just writing to let you know how pleased I am with all that CTS Renewables has done for me. The ordering process was completely painless and I now acknowledge that my concerns about not having a survey were unfounded. Your Team arrived on the 8th exactly as planned and the job was completed without a hitch. The Team were all very pleasant, friendly and really seemed to appreciate their bacon rolls at lunchtime. I was completely satisfied with the way that they approached the work and with the end result. Indeed, I was so pleased and favourably impressed that I told my neighbour that he should place an order with you that day. He did and now his system is up and running too. Furthermore, because of your sterling efforts our installations have been completed well before the FIT deadline.

To anyone thinking of installing a photovoltaic system on their property we can totally recommend CTS Renewables. From our very first contact with the company to the day the panels were fitted (and after when I had a small query), we have received excellent service. All the dates promised for the installation were met and the help with paper work to get the feed in tariff was great. The standard of workmanship of the fitters and scaffolders was very good and professional, the installation went like clockwork. At the time we had our panels fitted last October on price they were very competitive and we are more than satisfied that we have received very good value for money.

The after sales is also there, and when you contact the company by phone or email they are extremely helpful, and if they can't answer your query they get back to you asap..

Our installation went so well that one of our very near neighbours has used CTS Renewables to fit their panels and they have had the same experiences as ourselves.

To all at CTS Renewables

I would like to thank all involved in the installation of our Solar PV system on the 4th December 2011.

From the our first enquiries with Ben, then Paul, the subsequent site visit and explanation of the materials and how it all worked, to the brochure details and quotation all went without hitch and was done in a friendly but professional manner.

We were then kept informed of the progress and a fitment date was arranged. As agreed the work force turned up promptly on the said morning set to work straight away. The weather was appalling with driving wind, frequent sleet and snow showers but the two ‘roof engineers’ carried on regardless. Whilst this was going on the electrician was busying himself in the attic and connecting to the electricity supply. The lack of daylight combined with the weather eventually beat them but they arranged to return at 8 am the following morning. True to their word they turned up and completed the job and set the panels producing.

No mess, waste material or equipment was left on site. The scaffolding was collected the next day. The only fault I had with the whole event was that I had to pay for it!

Many thanks for a job well done and I will recommend you to anyone interested in having PV panels fitted.
