I am very happy with the work that your company has carried out and I only wish I had Solar Panels installed earlier, they are working very well indeed. The personnel from C.T.S Renewables that I came into contact with were extremely good. They were all very helpful, very polite, very clean and tidy in their work and most importantly very good at what they did. I must say that the person who first came to see my wife and I, Ben Moss, was the reason why I chose C.T.S Renewables to carry out the installation. He was brilliant. Out of the 6 representatives of the various companies that visited us, he was the only one whom I thought was being totally honest with us and he could not have been more helpful. Even when I had a minor query and phoned him on his mobile phone, not realising that he was actually on annual leave, he went into the office and sorted it out for me. Now you can’t get better customer service than that can you. So thank you Ben! I have recommended to all of my friends and neighbours that should they chose to have Solar Energy then they should contact C.T.S Renewables first as they need look no further.
