This was a complicated job involving a re-roofing at the same time by a different contractor, nevertheless, CTS were fully up to working together with the roofer and the job was completed outside the forecast timescales but, with no added cost. I am most impressed with CTS and their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were also the only company, amongst the three who quoted, to quote that they could get sixteen, rather than fourteen panels on my roof, thus improving the overall efficiency of the project. Well done, Ben, thank you all for your attentions, especially Shelley for her effective communications throughout.
