Thank you for everything. Can I say what a pleasure it has been from beginning to end. Everybody at your firm has been brilliant, from yourself, Ben and all the workers, they have been great. The way in which you have dealt with us, the efficiency of Ben and the speedy way in which you have got us installed, absolutely brilliant. Hopefully now it will 'do what it says on the tin'.
