We are very happy with all the stages or the installation from the first contact right though to the completion. Shelley got the ball rolling and kept us informed of the progress we were told that Paul would be coming around to give an estimate and he was at our door bang on time he told us all we wanted to now and put us right on some things that we had been informed incorrectly we felt very at ease with him and true to his word with in a few days we had six quotes we picked one and told Shelley she got things and set up an appointment whit the EPC inspector who made us some suggestions to make our central heating more efficient which we carried out then we were booked in the scaffolding and the panel installers dead on time and got to work all the lads were friendly and courteous the installation was completed in no time no mess the installation has been do with the minimum of fuss and very professional we are over the moon with the way the all aspects the whole of the people that we have been dealing with have gone out of there way to help I would like to thank all the staff at cts for make this job go so smooth I would recommend CTS Renewables to any one thank you.
